At Laserox, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailing bag.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely fix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
